Our story

Rising Service Trips started as a small desk of former airline reservation agents who believed travelers deserved a clearer way to compare fares side by side. What began as a single booking line has grown into a dedicated flight travel agency serving guests across North America, working with major domestic and international airlines to source published fares, negotiated rates and multi-airline routings.

We are a registered travel agency and an authorized reseller for the airlines we work with. We are not owned by, and are not a subsidiary of, any single airline, which lets our specialists recommend the routing that actually fits your trip rather than steering you toward one carrier.

What we do

• Search and compare live fares across major domestic and international airlines
• Source negotiated and consolidator fares not always shown on public airline sites
• Handle seat selection, baggage guidance and connecting itineraries
• Manage date changes, cancellations and refund requests on your behalf
• Coordinate multi-city and open-jaw international itineraries

How we’re paid

We earn a commission or override from airlines and consolidators on completed bookings, and in some cases charge a disclosed service fee for booking, date-change or cancellation assistance.
